Staff Accountant

Are you a staff accountant looking for a challenging role within a growing organization? Zywave is looking for a staff accountant to assist with the day-to-day revenue contract accounting including order-management and invoicing.
This role will also help manage the accounts receivable collections surrounding the aged invoices of this business and handling any manual invoice customer support questions coming in.
This role will continue to expand in other order management areas including but not limited to the following; Maintenance of monthly excel files related to cash forecasting and revenue recognition, Cash application and monthly customer payment reconciliation, Performance of monthly accounts receivable general ledger close duties, Collaboration with sales and legal departments to generate customer media contracts, Performance of monthly customer invoicing along with investigation of contract discrepancies, Ongoing partnership with other internal departments to perform customer account maintenance.
Factors for Success 2 - 5 years of professional experience Bachelors degree Experience with Sage100, Intacct, Salesforce, Salesforce Billing, and Microsoft Office A positive attitude and strong organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills along with high attention to detail Ability to work independently raising questions to managers in a timely manner Why work at Zywave?
