com to learn more! As the Billing Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and processing all invoices for assigned clients.
The Billing Coordinator also processes credit memos and produces billing reports.

Process credit memos.
Produce billing reports out of ERP system.
Confer with Senior Financial Analyst on monthly billing projection.
Issue & monitor prepayment and progress invoices as directed.
Develop strong working relationship with team members to ensure accurate and timely billing.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
Requirements: Billing Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications Associate Degree & previous experience in accounting / billing functions required.
Advanced in Microsoft Excel.
Highly organized, flexible and ability to handle multiple administrative tasks meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service, conflict/resolution & communication skills.
