*JOB SUMMARY*
This position is responsible for providing various financial analysis support including but not limited to KPIs, project performance, monthly operating results, budgeting, forecasting, and financial projects.
This position will act as a liaison between Accounting, Finance, and Operations teams, located in US and Mexico with primary focus on Service business.
This position will be able to analyze results and assess the impact on future results.
This person will be analytically focused and will communicate the consolidated business results and anticipate financial performance.
Additional ad hoc responsibilities, reporting and projects may be required to support the team.
*PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Liaison between Prolec-GE Waukesha, Inc.
Finance & Accounting teams, and Service operations
* Collaborate with Sales on costs within Quote modeling tools and CM backlog by Service type.
* Compilation of KPIs and project performance reviews with Service Operations teams.
* Preparing P&L results variation analysis & forecasting with US & Mexico finance teams.
* Prepare bridge explanation on all financial reports and forecasting.
* Prepare ad hoc projects as needed.

* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to interpret and effectively express critical information to a broad range of employees, both local and remote personnel.
* Flexible and able to work as part of a diverse team.
* Self-motivated and strong display of initiative with excellent organizational skills.
* Familiarity of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
* Demonstrated project and financial forecasting experience.
* Ability to handle multiple projects and work with confidence when working with business unit leaders.
* Works well with tight deadlines with the ability to deliver on time.
*EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE*
*Required Education / Experience*
* Associate’s degree in Accounting with at least 5 years of demonstrated general ledger and financial analysis progression.
*Preferred Education / Experience*
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with at least 3 years of demonstrated general ledger/audit and financial analysis progression.
* CPA, CMA, MBA or completed course work at the graduate school level.
