This role reports into our Specialty Chemical Distribution (SCD) Division located in Germantown, WI.

You will apply principles of accounting in preparation of financial data and reports for Ellsworth Adhesives North American business units.
You will analyze financial information and prepare reporting to communicate financial and operational results.
Provide oversight of Ellsworth operation processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists with preparation of month end reporting package as required by Ellsworth Corporation finance team.
Ensure complete and timely submission.
Review business sales register for NA business units to ensure compliance to Ellsworth pricing and inventory order costing practices.
Review and post monthly general ledger activity Complete month end reconciliation and tie out process for NA business units Coordinate daily cash tie out from bank transactions to ERP system.
Maintain fixed asset subsidiary system (FAS), reconcile to general ledger, depreciation posting and prepare reports as necessary.
Perform periodic audits of property to ensure accuracy of FAS system data.
Other related duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree from a four-year college and 1+ years of related experience and/or training.
Other combinations of education and experience may be considered as equivalent at the discretion of Human Resources and the hiring Manager.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts.
Strong experience with accounting software other MS Office applications.
