What You'll Do:
Benefits Administration:
Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
Coordinate with benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely administration.
Compliance:
Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, ensuring the hotel's compliance.
Maintain employee records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
Communication:
Communicate important information to employees, including policy updates and organizational news.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process, including goal-setting and feedback sessions.
Implement and promote a People First culture by recognizing and appreciating employee contributions.
Accounting Administration:
Maintain organized financial records and documentation for auditing and reference purposes.
Duties include regular entry of financial data into the accounting system with a high degree of accuracy.
Use of accounting software, Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook and other relevant tools to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
Who You Are:
Minimum 2-3 years in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluency in both English and Spanish would be beneficial.
Proven experience in human resources or a related role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with OnQ is ideal but not required.
