What you will do
Under broad supervision, responsible for timely and accurate preparation and delivery of the organization’s payroll and time and attendance analytics.
This includes the documentation, reviewing/auditing payroll reports, metrics and time and attendance manager collaboration.
How you will do it
Executes and reviews payroll and time and attendance reports to determine accuracy.
Audit integration files for errors and work with centers of excellence to correct errors to ensure payroll accuracy.
Provides customer and stakeholder support for issues that arise including problem resolution along with mitigation of issues on a go-forward basis.
Develop information and insights from data and communicate to stakeholders.
Support both the payroll and time and attendance teams in the development and standardization of processes, operating procedures, and templates to facilitate use of group systems and tools.
Prepare and support the monthly analysis and dashboard data in support of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reporting
Initiate Continuous Improvement projects to drive process efficiency and cost savings.
Adheres to and complete all activities related to SOX and internal control compliance.
Performs other tasks/duties as assigned.
Qualifications - External

Project management experience
Knowledge of Workday HCM and Payroll system preferred.
