ACCOUNTS PAYABLE POSITION Job Summary: The Boucher Automotive Group is looking to hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist .

Duties/Responsibilities: Full cycle accounts payable processing for multiple companies Review and post invoices ensuring properly coded to correct GL obtaining necessary approvals Tri-monthly payment vendor check runs including ACH and credit card Monthly vendor statement reconciliation Perform other related duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities Ability to work in excel as well as other accounting software Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous account payable experience preferred Benefits: Company offers a competitive benefits package which includes Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability, 401(k) Plan, Paid Holidays and Vacation.
