WBS, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Intern - Accounting/Finance - Accounting/Finance in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin location.
This internship is full-time during the Summer of 2024.
The hourly rate for this position is $19.
30 with paid company holidays.

WEC Energy Group offers finance opportunities for students seeking hands-on experience that are currently enrolled in a four-year degree program.
Below is an overview of functional areas where we typically have students.
Students work with experienced members of these functional teams.
Job Responsibilities
Gain knowledge of SAP general ledgers, PowerPlan property accounting system, and Business Warehouse (BW).
Assist several accounting managers who support the following functions:
Service company accounting
Property Accounting
Finance support for internal business units such as IT, HR, Legal, etc.
Regulatory reporting
Financial audit support
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma, HSED, or GED
Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or closely related degree
Must be available to work full-time during Summer 2024.
Hours will be flexible to accommodate school schedule with part-time work during the school year
Minimum GPA of 2.
