As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll be responsible for the full life cycle of centralized accounts payable process.
You'll coordinate daily functions of bills for the organization, maintain accounts payable records, review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment, ensure invoices are recorded to the correct general ledger account.
You'll also respond to vendor inquiries, reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies, and much more!
Starts at $18.
00/hr and goes up based on experience

What You Need:
Must be 18 years of age
Associate's Degree in Accounting, or equivalent work experience
2+ years accounts payable experience strongly preferred
Prior experience with Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics GP) strongly preferred
