This position consists of various administrative tasks with a lot of room for advancement! Schedule: Monday - Friday (4 hours a day, flexible times) Example: 8:00-12:00, 10:00 – 2:00, 11:00 – 3:00? Starting Pay and Benefits: $20.

00 • Weekly direct deposit payroll • Paid holidays Job Responsibilities: • Answering the phones • Entering new clients in the computer system • Speak with customers, builders and third-party contractors • Submitting Focus On Energy Applications for our customers • Submitting our customers information to PEARL • Help with Job costing Required for This Position: • Must be detailed oriented and possess excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to multi-task • Professionalism • Strong customer service skills over the phone • Feel comfortable learning and using new programs on a computer • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook • Calm, Positive attitude Company Information: Located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin Home Improvement and Wisconsin Insulation services is a family owned and operated business with our roots going back to 1938.
