Accounts Receivable Specialist

Truity Partners is supporting a manufacturing organization in West Allis, WI with their search for an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
This is a career temp-to-hire position.
The role will be 100% onsite, with an 8:30am-5:00pm schedule.
Compensation was estimated at $20.
00 - $24.
50 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
*RESPONSIBILITIES* * Recording cash receipts into the ERP system * Processing and entering customer invoices in ERP system * Processing adjustments, credit memos * Collections and maintaining records of collection efforts * Resolving payment discrepancies *EXPERIENCE REQUIRED* * 3+ years of prior Accounts Receivable (or relevant collections) experience required * Prior manufacturing experience highly preferred * ERP experience highly preferred * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * High School diploma or equivalent required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
