Lupient INFINITI Milwaukee is looking for a full-time Automotive Biller, Titler, and Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! We rely on our dedicated office staff, serving as the backbone of the organization.
This individual has a strong work ethic, problem solving abilities, and thrives in a team-focused environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Bill and title new and used car deals
Reconcile cash daily and prepare deposits
Perform day to day accounting operations of the store
Complete month end procedures as assigned
Receipt and reconcile accounts receivable payment
Post, reconcile and pay accounts payable
Prepare sales commissions
Back up dealer trade vehicle processing
Back up wholesale vehicle processing
Assist general and department managers with accounting as needed
Manage and backup receptionist
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Two years minimum dealership experience required
CDK experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Effective communicator
