Here’s a matching pair of glass ceiling light fixtures in two different colors from the 30s or 40s.
My friend rehabbed a house and came across these.
One was still mounted on a ceiling in a hallway and the other was found in the attic.
He rewired both and they cleaned up really nice.
One is pink and the other a light beige.
These are both in great condition.
These are an art deco style with pleated shades, graduated clear hobnails highlighting each panel and a clear pleated top.
This is a three piece glass light fixture, from some research it looks like the glass base was changed to metal in later years, probably the glass was cracking from over tightening.
So this would be the original early version then.
These are in just great condition, would be hard to find better.
They measure 10” tall with a 10 5/8” dia shade and 5 3/8” dia base.
These are $200.
00 for the pair or $100.
00 apiece.
