Vintage paint / artists set (1940's) New in Box - $30 (east troy)

Vintage paint / artists set (1940's) New in Box, haven't been able to find another one online anywhere.
Set is never used, box has a little bit of shelf /attic storage wear but is in pretty good condition.
This may be the only surviving example left of this set.
Never used, just unboxed/rediscovered Appraiser said it was worth over $120, I'll be happy with the first $30 cash, don't waste your time with low offers.
