You will be responsible for setting up electric, gas and cable/internet.
You are also responsible for snow and lawn maintenance.
Single family homes are also responsible for Water, sewer and municipal charges.
For all of our apartments, your household’s gross monthly income must be 2.
5 times the rental rate.
A household comprised of all full-time students does not qualify for income limited apartments due to HUD restrictions.
The application fee is $25 per adult.
All applications typically take anywhere from 7-14 business days and are applicable for up to 120 days.
