Teleservices Agent (Milwaukee)

We are currently seeking applicants for the position of Outbound Teleservices Agent.

Incentives for Producing Sales You will See ALL our plays! Earn commission and Earn bonus’s weekly.
Compensation includes base hourly pay, plus commission & bonuses.
$10.
50 hour plus 8% & 10% commission.
Duties and Responsibilities include: • Professionalism in the work place ie: honesty, integrity and timeliness are Highly Valued.
• Comfortable and driven in holding phone conversations making Subscription Sales pitches & Donation asks.
• Articulation and ability to communicate eloquently & intelligently is valued.
A refined set of verbal skills using a command of language in Sales techniques is a PLUS • Efficiently placing multiple outbound calls to patrons per hour & logging their responses • Closing Subscription sales daily and weekly for production goals expected, personal goals and team goals.
Qualifications: • Have availability to work a schedule during typical call hours, you will be guaranteed a schedule of 20+ hours per week no less: o Monday-Thursdays: 4pm-9pm o Fridays: 10am-2pm o (some) Saturdays: 9am-1pm • Sales/fundraising experience is a plus • Appreciation for Theater and the Arts To Apply: Fill out an online application (it takes less than 3 minutes!)
