Come play with us! We're looking for playful, creative, caring, eco-minded, nature loving caregivers.
We expect our caregivers to support children's independence in self-care routines and play using responsive caregiving and positive discipline techniques.
We spend a lot of time outside in all kinds of weather and provide healthy, cooked-in-house meals! Some experience or interest in Waldorf, Lifeways, Montessori, and/or Reggio Emillia highly preferred.
