* *Here We Grow is seeking a Co-Lead Teacher for our 2-3 yr old preschool program.
Currently seeking candidates with a positive outlook and lots of energy, to share classroom caregiving, planning and carrying out weekly/daily activities for child milestones.
Teachers will maintain portfolio's for each child including observations, photos and assessments.
Manage the classroom with a cooperating teacher by following policy and state of Wisconsin Licensing requirements.

*Qualifications*:
*High School diploma or equivalent*
*Minimum education*: *High School diploma or equivalent *and completed or willing to take entry level certificate courses required by the state of Wisconsin.
*Preferred education:* partial or completed credential, AA or BA in Early childhood, child development, elementary education or other related field.
*Age requirement*: 17 yrs of age with completed entry level courses, or 18 without completed coursework.
Physical requirements include, the ability to lift children up to 50lbs from floor to waist and carry a minimum of 100ft.
Consistently be able to kneel or crouch down to the child's level and sit on the floor to work with children.
