Work you'll do/Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled SAP CRM Functional Resource for sustaining work, particularly focused on CRM Functional in order to understand the business processes and map with Marketing, segmentation, IC-WINCLIENT,WEBCLIENT, E-COMMERCE etc.
Requirements Analysis
Collaborate with business leads to analyze and understand requirements related to SAP Customer Relationship Management (Account management, Opportunity management, Integration with OTC, Genesys IVR tool etc.
)
SAP Development
Draft design documents and functional specifications for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module
Customization and Configuration
Customize and configure SAP CRM to meet specific business needs, optimizing functionality and user experience within the SAP CRM environment
Testing and Troubleshooting
Conduct thorough testing of SAP CRM solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely resolutions to ensure system reliability and performance
Collaboration with other SAP module Teams and development teams
Work closely with SAP functional teams like OTC, P2P, Finance, to map end to end scenarios.
Also help development team understand FS
Stay Informed on Regulatory Changes
Stay abreast of the latest SAP developments and industry trends, applying new knowledge to enhance and optimize SAP CRM, ECC projects
Project Contribution
Actively contribute to the success of SAP CRM project, meeting project deadlines and adapting to evolving requirements
Integration Expertise
Utilize expertise in SAP integration tools and technologies to seamlessly integrate SAP solutions with other systems as needed
Documentation
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP solutions, ensuring clarity and knowledge transfer within the team
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in SAP CRM project, proposing and implementing enhancements to optimize system performance
Additional
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
6+ years working in SAP CRM module
6+ years working with customization and configuration in SAP CRM
6+ years working experience with testing and troubleshooting proficiency
Experience working in o Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be able to start by 4/29/2024
Preferred
Familiarity with SAP Fiori
Project Management skills
Relevant SAP certifications
Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
