Work you'll do
Full Stack Java Development
Analyze and provide solution to low complexity and routine computer issues
Solve problems and develop creative solutions
Develop in full-stack JAVA and using JSP for front-end screen updates
Establish clear communication channels for feedback from customers, peers, and cross functional teams
Make certain that technology solutions adhere to quality standards
Collaborate with the project teams to review or inspect work to guarantee their quality

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
4+ years of experience working on any large-scale projects
4+ years of experience hands-on developing in full-stack JAVA and using JSP for front-end screen updates
Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Must be open to relocation or local to the Minnesota area
Preferred:
Self-starting problem solver to support the development efforts for a large scale STRUTS to SPRING MVC conversions
Experience creating Spring Tags, converting from STRUTS to SPRING, and developing complex systems are a plus
Recent on-the-job JSP experience is preferred
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
