How you will help us create value together: As a CRM Applications Intern, you will work closely with our experienced IT professionals on various projects and initiatives.
This internship is designed to provide exposure to and develop an understanding of the Salesforce CRM platform functionalities and capabilities.
The Intern will partner with members of the CRM Team and Business Users to identify and define business requirements for new features and enhancements.
They will perform testing of developed projects to ensure requirements are met.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to learn and understand other tools relating to CRM such as WalkMe and Momentive Survey Monkey.
This position will be based onsite at our South Harbor location in Milwaukee’s Harbor District! The target start date for this role is Summer 2024 and has potential to be extended into the Fall 2024 school semester.
We offer full-time hours during the summer and flexible part-time hours during the academic year.
Key Job Responsibilities Participate in activities related to solution design, application development, testing, and deployment.
Participate in IT projects, including system migrations, upgrades, and new implementations under the guidance of senior IT staff.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on various IT tools and applications.
Assist in the documentation of IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Contribute to the evaluation and recommendation of new technologies to enhance IT capabilities by developing proof of concepts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT-related challenges and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with the IT team to develop, implement, and maintain IT policies and procedures.
Qualifications/Requirements Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program with a focus on Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong passion for IT and eagerness to learn and apply new skills.
Basic understanding of IT concepts, hardware, and software.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C#, Java etc.
