Customer Service Intake Specialist

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Upsell products and services to customers when applicable - Communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing - Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette during all customer interactions - Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers or promote new products/services Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Fluent in English and Spanish, additional languages are a plus - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
