Customer Service Pharmacy Technician

*Job Summary:* The Customer Service Pharmacy Technician provides an excellent customer service for Hayat’s patients.
Ensure that patients’ concerns and inquiries are addressed properly, efficiently and courteously.
The main objective is to maintain patient’s satisfaction and retention.
*Job Description:* * Communicates with patients via phone, email and chat.
Provides patients with courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service.
* Performs initial problem-solving assessment within given guidelines and escalates when required.
* Completes standardized tasks under supervision.
* Identifies and initiates problem resolution by delegating actions to teammates or leadership.
* Follows company policies and procedures.
* Responds to all patients’ complaints and concerns including but not limited to medication delivery inquiries.
* Provides effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
*Minimum Requirements:* * Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience.
* Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) * Passionate commitment to helping customers.
*Physical Requirements:* * Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
* Ability to lift 15 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
