Liquid Process Equipment is currently seeking a Customer Service Speicailat to join our team in Eagle, WI.
This posiiton provides excellent service and support to customers and vendors through phone and email, coordinates shipping and receiving, prepares orders for invoicing, and other general office support, as needed.
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Excellent customer service skills, with a tenacious attitude.
* Answer incoming phone calls and route as required.
* Maintain Customer Service email inbox expeditiously.
* Track order process thru ERP system, including: reviewing orders for accuracy, maintaining delivery status updates, following up with vendors on all purchase orders and detailed order entry and review.
* Advise engineering/sales staff and management of any customer issue or vendor issues, working together to provide resolution.
* Coordination of daily shipping, including receiving in UPS and freight shipments, verifying shipment for accuracy, receiving goods into ERP system and setting up daily outgoing shipments and calculating inbound freight as necessary.
* File all documents and order paperwork
* Assist with maintaining Vendor and Customer Lists and files for all company transactions
* Update all information for Customers and Vendors in Accounting Software
* Provide backup support for team members and other duties, as assigned
*Job Requirements:*
* Professional verbal and written communication skills
* Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Visio
* Quick to learn and/or proficiency in ERP systems (Made to Manage)
* Basic reading, writing, and math skills
* Assist with accounting functions, as required
* Assist with maintaining office supplies
