Job Type: Part-Time, Direct Hire on a W2

DESCRIPTION:
I am seeking a reliable and thorough cleaning professional(s) to provide weekly cleaning services for a 1-bedroom, 1 bath, apartment (1,000 sq ft) occupied by one gentleman and his short-haired dog.
This position involves general cleaning tasks as well as occasional deep cleaning projects to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
Cleaning supplies and equiptment is provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform weekly general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors.
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen and bathroom, including countertops, sinks, toilets, and showers.
• Dusting surfaces and furniture throughout the apartment.
• Collecting and disposing of garbage.
• Stocking the fridge with beverages as needed.
• Perform additional cleaning projects as assigned, such as waxing floors, cleaning windows, baseboards, inside cupboards, and inside the fridge.
IDEAL CANDIDATE will have:
• Previous experience in residential cleaning preferred, but not required.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Comfortable working around Teddy (a 50 lb.
friendly Boston Terrier).
• Reliable transportation to and from the client's location.
BENEFITS:
• This is a direct hire position, on a W2, through a program.
Routine background check required.
• Pay rate: $22.
60/ hour (I would pay for 3 hours per week, regardless of how long you work.

*In other words, if you can finish in 1.
5 hours, I would still pay for 3 hours each week).
