Seeking Reliable, Insured House Cleaner

I am helping my elderly mother find a reliable, trustworthy house cleaner to help her with tasks that are getting difficult for her.
Requirements include: * Must be insured * Must supply your own equipment (vacuum cleaner especially) and cleaning supplies * Must be willing to work around her while she is home We are interested in starting with a deep clean of her condo (baseboards, cabinet tops, basement stairs) and then set up a regular cleaning schedule for dusting, vacuuming, etc.
The condo is a 2 bed/2 bath ranch style in the Pewaukee/Sussex area.
