Hotel Shuttle Driver/Door Attendant

Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently operate a shuttle vehicle to transport passengers to and from designated locations - Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, disembarking, and handling luggage - Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle at all times - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the shuttle - Communicate effectively with passengers and respond to inquiries or concerns in a professional manner - Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely transportation of passengers Experience: - Previous experience as a shuttle driver, limousine driver, delivery driver, or in commercial driving is preferred - Familiarity with paratransit services is a plus - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with passengers in a friendly and professional manner - Ability to maintain a clean driving record and valid driver's license - Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with passengers and provide clear instructions Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
