Swim Instructor

Responsibilities: - Conduct swim lessons for students of all ages and skill levels - Create and implement lesson plans based on individual student needs - Ensure the safety of all students during lessons - Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students - Maintain a clean and organized swim area Qualifications: - Previous experience working with students, preferably in a swim instruction or coaching role - Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage student behavior and maintain a positive learning environment - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - Knowledge or experience in other sports such as basketball, gymnastics, martial arts, baseball, etc.
