In the role of Project Coordinator you will be working in Human Resources.
As a Project Coordinator you will under the direction of the Department Leadership, the Office of Faculty Affairs (OFA) you will administer, organize, coordinate, and support functions for faculty development programs, committees, and overall OFA functions.
Primary Functions: • Creates and manages the administrative processes for programs using standard performance measurements and continuous quality improvement principles.
• Supports program projects across components/modules, using appropriate project management tools/processes.
• Collaborate and provide support for various OFA programs and committees.
• Oversee current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
• Oversees appropriate communication across project teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet high quality standards.
• Develop tools to track/monitor/track activities/projects towards internal consistency, efficiency, and accomplishment.
• Develop reports and presentations as required • Foster a sense of team work, cooperation, and community within and amongst MCW entities.
Faculty Employment Support: Review, edit and administer the faculty offer letter process.
Coordinate annual review of faculty employment contracts.
Maintain and process volunteer faculty appointments and renewals.
Promotion and Tenure Support: Manage and respond to general inquiries related to the faculty promotion process, including filing letters and promotion packet materials in online system.
Review academic data reports for accuracy and process data corrections as needed.
Provide general administrative support including drafting communications, preparing presentation slides and maintain confidential electronic document storage.
