RESPONSIBILITIES
Apply theories, philosophies, and models of practice to the education of students who are deaf and/or hearing impaired.
Administer appropriate assessment tools, gather and analyze communication samples from student’s nonverbal and linguistic acts.
Modify the instructional process and classroom environment to meet the physical, cognitive, cultural, and communication behavior of students.
This position’s responsibilities include a wide variety of classroom settings and student ages and experiences.
Our Teachers of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing have the opportunity to work with many different people, school districts, and systems.

This position also requires the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction License as a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing
Current Driver's License
Comfortable working within different district systems
