Computer work or technical job for my client with autism

I work for an organization that matches individuals with disabilities to employers.
One of my clients who is very able bodied and technically gifted, able to make video games from his software skills, is seeking a technical position.
I am looking for something that wouldn’t require telephone support or anything like that, but more project-based, not dealing with the general public.
If someone had an opportunity, ideally anywhere in Milwaukee or even the northern suburbs like Toda, Glendale, Menomonee Falls, Brookfield, etc.
