Clerical or receptionist work for my client

I am a part of an organization that works with funding and securing employment opportunities for clients with disabilities, strategically match making so that they are placed in positions where their disabilities do not hamper them.
Currently, we have a client who would best function if placed in a clerical role.
The client has very strong receptionist skills, able to handle phone calls just great, manage on a computer well, and handle filing tasks.
The client lives on Milwaukee’s south side area, not far from Greenfield and West Allis, but has transportation so can get around if you aren’t close by.
