I have two years of experience as a house manager and property manager office assistant at BMOC Inc.
in Madison, WI.
I managed TDX and SAE fraternities on the UW-Madison campus full-time, living on-site while attending graduate school full-time.
My duties included move-in/out, room assignments, lock-outs, daily walk-throughs, parent communication, lease agreements, rent invoices, and scheduling contractors and maintenance tickets.
In addition to fraternity duties, I connected with tenants of our other properties regarding complaints, past-due rent, and other PM issues.
We utilized Entrata PM software.
Additionally, I have two decades of experience in education and some social work experience.
I am open to managing in Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Waukesha, and Washington Counties.
The North Shore would be ideal (Mequon, Thiensville, and Cedarburg).
How the company is run and the people are far more important than the location and size of the property.
I currently rent/live in Grafton, WI with my wife.
We jointly filed for divorce in February and are roommates.
I can begin as soon as needed because of the situation.
I may work a 3rd shift job or substitute teach occasionally, so I am looking for flexible hours.
