The Collection Division’s Milwaukee, WI office is seeking an entry level associate attorney.
The position requires proper management of a caseload, a desire to complete stringent pleading reviews as part of a team, and represent creditor clients throughout the state.

Associates are responsible for numerous cases exposing them to every aspect of litigation.
Associates will be in court often at various stages of litigation.
This exposure gives the Associate an opportunity to develop a positive reputation with the judiciary and the bar.
Although the
primary responsibilities of the Collection Associates will relate to debt collection litigation, additional responsibilities are available and encouraged.
Additionally, Associates are given the opportunity to develop leadership skills in an office setting.
The supervisory nature of the position permits the Associate to participate and provide input into the operation of the Firm.

Qualifications:
Seeking an attorney licensed to practice law in Wisconsin.
Ability to work independently, prioritize, take initiative, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
Ability to work remotely with attorneys and staff located in the Plymouth, MN office and other states.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
