Field Operations Manager/Brand Services

*Company* Vanguard Cleaning Systems of Wisconsin is a mid-market leader in the Commercial Cleaning Franchise Space.
With over 12 years in this market, Vanguard has served the greater Milwaukee metro area through our 30 independently owned franchisees.
They currently service over 200 facilities around the metro area and we are growing.
*What's the position about?* Vanguard Cleaning Systems® of Wisconsin has an immediate opening for a talented Field Operations Manager/Brand Services to join its Milwaukee office.
The position is a 70/30 split between account management and revenue generating activity within an assigned existing account base (no hunting or new account acquisition involved).
*Primary Responsibilities:* * Client retention * Issue management and resolution * Effective and documented communication with clients and unit franchisees * Monthly site visits and/or scheduled calls for ongoing program quality control * Meeting and exceeding quota metrics for new and recurring special services (floor maintenance programs, restoration/deep cleaning services, window cleaning, etc.
) within the existing book of business * Meeting and exceeding quota metrics for upselling consumable supplies within the existing book of business Position requires a high degree of professionalism and a service-first mentality in a B2B environment.
Successful candidates focus on frequent communication with unit franchisees and are a resource for their businesses.
They also play an active role in identifying and selling additional service needs such as floor cleaning and janitorial supplies among regional accounts.
Our MKE-based office is looking for a results-oriented creative problem solver with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills with a proven track record of account management achievements.
