What You Will Do:
• Trains and orients new employees on processes, tools, safety, etc.
• Conducts quality audits and inspections of assigned areas.
• Creates and maintains employees’ work schedules and assures adequate staffing.
Assigns and distributes work among department employees based on their skills, training and experience.
Ensures quality and productivity standards are achieved and maintained.
• Create a culture of service excellence, cooperative teamwork, and continual improvement.
Assure an environment where Employee Engagement feedback facilitates positive change.
• Maintains open communication with staff, peers and other departments to assure cooperation and collaboration.
• Completes annual performance reviews for assigned staff.
• Monitors employee performance and works with Manager to address any issues.
Handles staff performance-related issues in collaboration and accordance with Human Resource policies and procedures.
• Supports the implementation of solutions to department level challenges.
• Provide fiscal oversight of allocated resources, assets and expenses.
• Assists Manager with inventory of supplies.
• Trains staff on customer service, processes, tools, software (Conference Room Scheduling, Epic) and safety.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
AHE or ISSA certification preferred
Leadership experience
