Position: Project Manager - Customer Care Product Line Simplification Reports To: Senior Director, Customer Care Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin HQ - OR - Florence, Kentucky - HYBRID SCOPE OF ROLE: The Regal Rexnord Customer Care Team is looking to grow by adding a Project Manager! This position is dedicated to driving a streamlined approach to product rationalization as a result of M&A activities, which impacts both Customers and Customer Care Globally.
The position is located at Regal Rexnord’s downtown Milwaukee, WI site.
They need to be in the Greater Milwaukee Area and willing to be in the MCS HQ Building 2-3 days per week.
100% on site is not required but face to face meetings will be important.
Given some projects will be global, some travel should be expected.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead project from planning to completion through project life cycle Determine and define project scope and objectives Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements Track project costs to meet budget Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Act as primary interface regarding deliverables, changes, and sign-off on status and requirements Maintain visibility and facilitate timely discussions and decisions for project risks & issues Monitor progress and adjust as needed Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Lead meetings between stakeholders, resources, and manager Facilitate communication across teams and communicate updates to the Project Sponsors Ensure project requirements are met, the scope is managed, and milestones deliverables are met Conduct various reviews and sign/off workshops Document and drive change management and deployment communication plan to ensure adoption/smooth deployment Aid in creation of SOPs on process changes and team communications regarding relevant daily work changes Review external and internal communications relative to the project, from an external CX perspective and an internal Customer Care perspective Raises awareness to red flags that will impact CX and team efficiency during discovery PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline/equivalent).
2-5 years of Project Management Experience Ability to work within cross functional & multiple location projects a must.
Experience with problem solving and counter measure techniques Familiar and fluent in multiple technologies and platforms used by others to transform their business model and industry.
