Catholic Charities’ In-Home Support Program helps older adults and adults with disabilities continue to live independently by providing case management support and light housekeeping services.
Our services support our clients’ goals of maintaining a safe home environment and enhancing their emotional well-being and social functioning.
The Case Management Intern will be an integral member of the team by collaborating and assisting clients meet their goals, including:
Providing case management support, including education and referrals to support clients in meeting their goals, and
work closely with program staff to collaborate on client needs.
Conducting assessments, maintain case notes.
In-home support (light housekeeping)
Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree in Human Services or a related field
Valid Driver’s License
Comfortable driving throughout Milwaukee County, including neighborhoods like: West Allis, Greenfield, South Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, and Glendale.
Commitment:
Minimum of one year or two school semesters.
8 to 16 hours per week (average)
Available Internship hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
