Key Responsibilities: Play a pivotal role in the training and development of our stellar team, ensuring they deliver top-notch service consistently.
Craft and maintain a monthly schedule that guarantees seamless coverage during business hours, enhancing operational efficiency.
Foster a Five-Star experience by regularly checking in with teams across our facilities, ensuring every guest feels valued.
Collaborate with the COO to address and communicate building maintenance needs promptly.
Keep amenities well-stocked throughout our locations, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
Stay on top of laundry duties, rotating as needed to maintain a pristine and welcoming atmosphere.
Participate in meetings with General Managers and the Chief Operating Officer, providing valuable insights.
Create daily and/or weekly task lists during downtime, contributing to a well-organized and efficient team.
Host monthly team meetings to review procedures, empowering your team to deliver exceptional service.
Maintain professional and effective written and verbal communication with guests and all team members.
Actively participate in personal and team goal setting, offering mentorship and coaching to enhance goal-setting skills.
Embrace diverse responsibilities as assigned by leadership, showcasing your versatility and commitment to team success.
Qualifications: Technical Skills and Experience: Previous retail and guest service experience in a Five-Star environment.
1-3 years of proven experience in leading and inspiring a team.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
