26 | Requires flexibility to work various shifts In this fast-paced, high energy environment where attention to detail is essential, how do we ensure our facilities are kept clean and looking good.
As an Environmental Services (EVS) Lead Attendant you will assist the EVS Attendants in maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, have the ability to work well in a team, and ensure all safety policies, procedures, and regulations are followed.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions) *Monitor the cleanliness of the facility, assist EVS Attendants with cleaning issues, and communicate any issues with management.
*Maintain cleanliness of company property including but not limited to the casino floor, hallways, offices and hotel public areas.
*Clean all areas of the casino, assigned Hotel including but not limited to in between slot machines, ash trays, trash cans, restrooms, offices, public areas, dust, clean windows, counter tops, furniture and any other decorative object in the casino, assigned Hotel and/ or common areas.
*Clean restrooms and scrub toilets, sinks, walls, and floors.
*Remove all trash and recyclables and dispose of properly.
*Wash and wipe down tables.
*Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop tile floors and clean any spills that occur.
*Clean any bio hazardous materials when it occurs.
*Operate cleaning equipment including but not limited to vacuums, brooms, floor cleaners and mops.
Stock and maintain supply rooms and closets.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Report any repair and safety issues to Environmental Services management.
Ensure full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
One year of cleaning experience in a commercial, hospitality or health care environment required.
Six months prior training/supervisory experience preferred.
The ability to work safely and effectively with various cleaning agents, tools, equipment and complete required blood borne pathogen training.
The ability to use strong organization skills and attention to detail to accurately handle multiple job duties and projects in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to use basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and counting using whole numbers and fractions.
The ability to read and interpret written instructions and diagrams.
The ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information.
The ability to interact with guests and team members at all levels of the organization professionally, including the ability to speak in front of small groups.
The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays.
While performing the duties of this job the team member is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and move freely throughout the office and property for prolonged periods of time in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
The team member is frequently required to use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
The team member is required to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 25 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with assistance.
Team member must wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing job duties.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Working Conditions The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
When on the casino floor the noise level increases.
The facility is not smoke free.
While performing the duties of this job, the team member may work near moving mechanical parts and at heights, and the team member will use chemical cleaning products and may be exposed to blood borne pathogens.
