*Position Overview:*
Hawkeye Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and strategic in market Regional Director of Operations to oversee multiple hotels within the Milwaukee area .
The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader in the hospitality industry with a proven track record of driving operational success, exceptional guest satisfaction, and financial performance across diverse properties.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing our properties in Milwaukee, contributing to the organization's growth and excellence.
*Responsibilities:*
Provide strategic leadership and mentorship for the operational success of properties in the Milwaukee region.
Demonstrate a proactive, analytical approach to influence powerful results.
Motivate and lead high-performing teams to achieve excellence and growth.
Transform ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences for our guests.
*Qualifications:*
Minimum 2 years of experience in Above Property Hotel Management and as a Hotel Regional Director.
Preferred 1 year of experience in Above Property roles with Marriott, Hilton, and IHG.
Willingness to travel up to 75%.
