As the leader of the Global Analytics and Insights team you will lead a team of two employees and play an important role in recruiting, developing, and retaining an experienced and engaged team.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of financial analysis and controls.
Additionally, you will take ownership of reporting and consolidations for the forecasting/planning process across Global Sales and Marketing in the Americas and globally, with a primary focus on orders and sales.
You will provide accurate financial analysis to important partners, empowering them to make informed decisions.
You will report to our Finance Manager - Global Analytics and Insights and will be based at our headquarters in Milwaukee, WI.

Your Responsibilities: Top line revenue reporting and consolidations Provide financial analysis to business partners to inform decision-making Manage your team's scope, workload, ad hoc requests and help resolve issues Ensure all processes adhere to internal control policies and procedures Support process improvement and standardization to increase efficiency Resolve recurring performance problems and improvement opportunities Provide Business Partnering across different organizational levels Ensure back up process between America's and APR/EMEA GA&I GSM teams The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelors degree Legal authorization to work in the U.
S.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have: 5+ years of FP&A experience including FP&A/Controlling or GL area Understanding of the core FP&A processes (forecasting, reporting, ad hoc analysis) in Topline & Spend.
Experience with Oracle EPM and SAP Proficiency in English,.
Process improvement focus Can use financial systems and desktop apps to "drill down" to find answers Interpret financial results and develop takeaways and insights Work across time zones, businesses, and departments to resolve issues Strategic outlook with the ability to lead standardization and process improvements.
