Job Description Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Secured Card Credit Review Supervisor.
The ideal candidate will oversee a team of six professionals, ensuring efficient and effective processes for rebuilding, reviewing, opening, and upgrading secured card accounts.
This role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep understanding of credit review procedures.
Responsibilities Team Supervision: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of six individuals responsible for secured card credit review processes.
Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy in rebuilding, reviewing, opening, and upgrading secured card accounts.
Account Review: Oversee the review of secured card accounts to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Customer Support:Collaborate with customer service teams to address inquiries and resolve issues related to secured card accounts.

**Performance Management:** Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
Training and Development Develop training programs and materials to onboard new team members and enhance the skills of existing staff.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of accuracy and completeness in secured card account management.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with secured card account activities, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory guidelines.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on team performance, account review outcomes, and key metrics for management review.
Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, and finance, to support organizational goals and initiatives.
#TPSS #USBOps Schedule is fulltime M-F 8 hr days with start time between 7am-7am Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Typically one or more years of related experience Preferred Skills/Experience Strong knowledge of secured card products, credit scoring models, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and credit management software.
