Summary of Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll facilitate enterprise-wide incident response to disasters or other situations that disrupt business operations.
This includes, responding to major events affecting our personnel, business operations, and/or site locations, with the goal of protecting the safety of our employees, avoiding, or minimizing damage to the organization's reputation and/or ability to operate.
Essential Responsibilities:
You’ll use your bachelor’s degree in emergency management, health and safety, business or a combination of experience and education to manage and execute our Emergency Preparedness program in partnership with the organization and maintain active relationships across all levels of ATC and with public and private partners, ensuring proper visibility and advocacy for the program.
Certifications in FEMA Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP), National Incident Management System (NIMS) Incident Command System (ICS), Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) are preferred so you are able to provide guidance on FEMA’s NIMS ICS, aligning people, processes, information and technology across the business before, during and after incident and provide coaching and feedback across the organization on program components to enable timely, effective decisions regarding business impact, continuity, and recovery.
In addition, you’ll lead management committee(s) that provide strategic direction and coordination of enterprise-wide initiatives in support of incident response and critical infrastructure, develop and perform education and training of Business Continuity Management principles and tools to continually develop the ATC Ready mindset and develop, measure and report on key performance indicators of the program.
This position can be based in either our Pewaukee or Cottage Grove, Wisconsin offices.
ATC embraces flexibility in our workplace; depending on your schedule for the day and the needs of the business, you may be able to work at home.
This role is called upon to serve before, during and/or after an incident impacting ATC infrastructure, operations systems, stakeholders and/or employees and may require travel to other ATC facilities.
If you have at least 5 years’ of experience driving company-wide program in business continuity, resiliency, and/or “all-hazards” emergency response and management; and the ability to develop education, awareness, and training materials for various audiences, we want you to energize your career at ATC!
