Now Hiring! On site apartment managers wanted! We are currently looking for on site managers to live at and take care of an apartment complex.
If you like working outside and working with people this is a great fit for you! Job hours have no set schedule and are flexible around other obligations! Job duties can include: Working with tenants and prospective tenants, cutting grass, snow removal, minor maintenance No experience necessary! Training is provided.
Pay is through a large monthly rent reduction and additional hourly pay when applicable All employees must live on property in one of our newly updated 2 bedroom units.
All employees must qualify for tenancy.
