MKE) is hosting Alternative Rock Night on April 27th.
The show starts at 8pm, and features three of the city's most renowned alt-rock bands — each representing a different phase of the alternative music era.
The bands are:
Rustbucket: Milwaukee's top grunge and '90s alt-rock tribute (Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, Alice in Chains), bringing the breakout stage.

, Big Head Todd & The Monsters, Semisonic), playing late '90s / early '00s post-grunge.
The First Wave: '80s new wave alternative tribute (New Order, Depeche Mode, Duran Duran, Echo & the Bunnymen, INXS, The Cure), representing the roots of "college rock.
