Rehoming-long haired adult male cat (East Troy)

Prancer, is a one year old non-neutered male, who is not declawed.
Needs to be an outdoor cat only as he pees continuously in the house.
He is great with kids and dogs and other cats, just NOT the litter box.
He initially started as a barn cat so I believe he would do fine again outdoors.
