Tortoise (sulcata) Needs a new home (Milwaukee)

My 4yr old Sulcata Tortoise needs a new home.
I recently lost my job and now I'm homeless.
I do not want to let him go but cannot provide proper care for him, and that's not fare to him.
SERIOUS & KNOWLEDGEABLE replies only.
It would need a proper set up before I'd rehome it, that's part of why it needs a new proper home.
NOT a pet for small children or even a teen that thinks it's cool & will lose interest.
Keep in mind they can live 80-100 yrs & get up to 150lbs.
