Rental property leasing agent (South Milwaukee)

The leasing agent will serve as the representative whose primary duties are to properly secure lease agreements from qualify rental applicants.
This person will be responsible for; scheduled showings, qualifying applicants through the application process, inspections before and after tenancy, updates renewal leases, address current tenant issues, ie, repairs needed or other inquiries.
