, in Waukesha Wisconsin is seeking a full time Title Examiner / Searcher _*Job Duties include:*_ · Abstract records for commercial and residential properties in multiple counties · Examine Chain of Title · Review title search reports and their documentation in a timely and thorough manner · Resolve issues such as missing documentation; incomplete or inaccurate information contained in the chain of title _*Qualifications:*_ *· Prior experience as a Title Examiner licensed in the State of Wisconsin required* · Detail oriented · Minimum High School diploma · Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external clients in a professional manner · Familiar with Microsoft Office products _*Salary commensurate with experience*_ Please submit resume to ljtojek@wititle.
